The goal was to build an immersive and visually rich setting featuring a cohesive settlement layout, including residential structures and a central focal point. Responsible for environment creation, level design, and overall scene assembly. Built the village layout from the ground up, carefully placing assets, structures, and landscape elements to achieve a believable and cohesive settlement. Focused on composition, scale, and visual flow to guide exploration and maintain consistency across the environment.
Handled lighting design to establish mood and realism, implementing variations for different times of day and refining shadows, contrast, and color balance. Collaborated with the client through iterative feedback, adjusting visual elements to align with the intended artistic direction. Also ensured the scene remained optimized by managing asset density and maintaining stable performance.
